Congratulations to Fiona and Brian Garcia on the arrival of their new daughter.
We would like to announce the the blessed presence of Matilda Grace Garcia-Stevenson,
she was born our time Friday, the 18th of July, at 10:46 AM. 
She weighed 9 pounds 6 ounces and is 19 and 3/4 inches long.
